The original route. The most widely supported and usually the most expensive to move.
Universal support, at a price
ERC-20 is where tether started and it remains the route every exchange, every wallet and effectively every casino cashier accepts. If you hold USDT anywhere, you can almost certainly move it on Ethereum.
The cost of that universality is the fee, which is set by competition for space in Ethereum's blocks rather than by tether or by the casino. At quiet hours it is tolerable; at busy ones it can be a visible fraction of a small deposit.

When paying the fee is the right call
When the amount is large enough that the fee is noise. When the operator's cashier only lists Ethereum, which still happens. And when the alternative is a bridging step whose own fees and failure modes add up to more than the saving.
For a deposit in the low tens of USDT, it is usually the wrong call, and converting inside an exchange before withdrawing on a cheaper network is usually cheaper than bridging afterwards.
Confirmations and what the wait is
Ethereum blocks arrive on a regular cadence and most cashiers wait for several confirmations before crediting. The wait is therefore short in ordinary conditions and longer when the network is busy — and busy is exactly when the fee is highest too, because the same congestion causes both.
Neither the wait nor the fee is anything the casino controls, which is the point of separating the three stages of a withdrawal.
The address trap that looks safe and is not
Ethereum, BNB Chain and Polygon all use the same address format. A wallet will happily let you send ERC-20 tether to what is in fact a BEP-20 address, because the string is valid on both — and the casino will never see it.
This is the single most common way a crypto deposit is lost, and it is not caught by the address itself looking wrong, because it does not. The network label on the cashier screen is the only thing that tells you, and it has to be read.
Operators that publish this route
Taken from what each operator publishes, not from what a homepage badge implies. An empty column means this site has not recorded that operator's network list — it is a gap here, not a statement that the operator has none. The deposit screen settles it.
Every button opens the same casino, which is why none of them carries an operator's name.
